We live in a world where mobile phones, wireless networks and various Radio Frequency (RF) based devices are a necessity of life, both as a business tool and as an everyday social tool.
The increasing dependency on these devices has resulted in various RF equipments, communication towers and roof top structures being installed all around us. And with such prevalence, comes various public concerns. Especially on the health and safety aspects of the radiation eminating from these equipments, structures, and the usage of various mobile and wireless devices.
We at the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) believe that with knowledge comes understanding. And it is hoped that with proper understanding, any misinformation, concerns, fears and misconceptions can be rectified, addressed and alleviated.
